HOW IT WORKS

STEP ONE

When the process begins I have an initial conversation with the clients to learn about what their needs are when getting a new car. I ask and listen to what is important to them for example; their current car, buy or lease, mileage, color preference, option preferences and brand preferences.

STEP TWO

We determine the car/cars that fit the clients profile, our team then reviews our dealership network to identify and locate the car that matches the clients needs and offers the best cost and terms.

STEP THREE

We discuss car options we have found as well as pricing. I will often send them a window sticker that lists specific options. I offer the client multiple payment options and terms. (Mileage needed per year, terms- number of months, taxes)

STEP FOUR

The client submits and online credit application that we send to the dealership the car is coming from.

We arrange delivery of the car to the clients home or office and make arrangements for a lease return if there is one.

One of our specialists drives the car to the clients home or office. Any additional paperwork/ lease contact is signed and our specialist typically collects the first month payment, DMV fee and bank fee.
